Develop and update documented IT service management processes and procedures to reflect industry best practices based on frameworks, standards, and certifications such as ITIL, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001.

Create five-year roadmap for IT services

Assist long-term planning by creating a five-year technology roadmap aligned to and in support of the business plan.

Provide IT resource capacity

Support resource capacity planning by providing additional IT capacity to tackle projects or temporary increases in capacity demand.

Transition services to the cloud

Facilitate and manage the risk of transitioning on-premise services to cloud service providers. This includes evaluation cloud service providers, choosing technology partners, and managing all transitioning projects.

Disaster Recovery Planning

Identify and mitigate risk, assist with prioritizing continuity requirements, and assess impacts of business disruption. Plan, develop, and test disaster recovery for critical IT services in support of business continuity.
